Pick up your car and head to Tucson, a city whose heritage originates from a mix of Spanish colonial, Native American and Mexican influences. Whilst here, visit the beautiful Mission Xavier del Bac and learn some more Tucson history at the Arizona State Museum. For iconic desert views of Arizona, drive through Saguaro National Park and take a cave tour at nearby Kartchner Caverns State Park.

Arrive in Scottsdale and take some time to relax. When recharged, you’ll be able to enjoy the delights of both Phoenix and Scottsdale. We would suggest Papago Park Hiking Trails, Pueblo Grande Museum & Cultural Park and Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix. In Scottsdale, visit the Old Town, the UNESCO World Heritage site of Taliesin West, and Kierland shopping mall and Fashion Show mall for some retail therapy. If you have a head for heights, try a hot air balloon ride at sunrise to get your day started in a breathtaking manner, before visiting Butterfields Pancake House for an outstanding breakfast!

Combine wellness and relaxation at Cathedral Rock, Red Rock State Park and Oak Creek Canyon. We’d recommend doing the the Devils Bridge Trail hike, and spending some time exploring Sedona’s characterful shops, galleries and restaurants.

The drive between Sedona and Flagstaff along the Oak Creek Canyon is breathtaking, with sandstone canyons and rock formations all along the way. Once in Flagstaff, visit Sunset Crater Volcano and Wupatki National Monuments to understand the area’s long history. The city also offers many museums and observatories, as well as shops, bars and restaurants.

There’s so much more to see by visiting the Grand Canyon from the South Rim, and you’ll enjoy two days of adventure at this incredible natural wonder! Try the Hoover Dam By-Pass Bridge for views of the Dam and Colorado river, or embark on a helicopter flight over the Canyon to see it from a new perspective. There are many stunning viewpoints to visit, such as Mohave Point, Mather Point and Grandview Point to name only a few.

Cross the state line into Nevada and onto Las Vegas. As well as enjoying the casinos, why not see some other sights? Gondola rides, zip lines, botanical gardens, fountain & fashion shows are but a few options. Further afield, you could visit Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam or Red Rock Canyon State Park.

Return your rental car at Las Vegas Airport and board your homebound flight.
