Payment

All holidays booked within 12 weeks of the date of departure must be paid for in full at the time of booking.


Deposit

We will require a deposit and or pre payment to confirm your holiday. The deposit amount is dependent on the components you have booked. The standard deposit required is 20% of the total cost of the holiday products in addition to the flight deposit of £100pp. Some holiday arrangements require a larger deposit such as Cruise, Escorted Tours, Disney hotels or Rocky Mountaineer and these will be advised at the time of booking. Please note some airline ticket types require full payment at the time of booking, this will be explained to you at the time of booking your holiday.

You will receive a confirmation invoice email which will show the final balance payable and the date of final payment.


Final Payment

The final balance as shown on the confirmation invoice must be received by us no later than 12 weeks prior to your departure date. You are responsible for ensuring that payment reaches us in time. You must contact us directly to make full payment. The final balance will not automatically be debited from the credit/debit card originally used to pay the deposit. Failure to make full payment on time will result in the booking being cancelled with loss of deposit.


Credit card fees

All payments for flights & holidays made by credit card, will be subject to a 1.5%-2.0% transaction fee. There are no fees when paying with debit cards.
