Unfortunately there are occasions completely beyond our control when a flight is delayed. If you have taken out our recommended travel insurance you should have cover against delays. Where a flight delay results in a late arrival to your destination, we are unable to provide a refund for any unused accommodation or holiday products. This will be covered under travel insurance.
Pre-selection of seats:
Where an Airline offers seat selection they will endeavour to deliver any pre-selected seats on the day of departure; however these requests cannot be guaranteed even when confirmed and all airlines reserve the right to do so. There are occasions such as aircraft changes due to delays, unscheduled aircraft maintenance or aircraft type change on which this is not possible, we will not pay compensation for failure of the airline to deliver the original seats.
