Arrive in Dallas
Fly to Dallas and transfer to your hotel by taxi or on the DART Orange Line to downtown Dallas where you will spend the next two nights. Dallas, made famous by the television show of the same name, is home to an array of interesting museums, spectacular architecture, great shopping and entertainment. Dallas is also where John F. Kennedy was tragically assassinated. The Sixth Floor Museum at the Dealey Plaza is a must visit whilst in the city where you can learn about the life of John F. Kennedy, and the events leading up to the assassination.
Amtrak – Dallas to Fort Worth
Take the short train journey to Fort Worth for some laid back wild west culture. This authentic cowboy town has wooden boardwalks, old fashioned store fronts and daily fun rodeos. Visit the National Cowgirl Museum and witness the exciting cattle drives that take place in the Stockyards district every day.
Amtrak – Fort Worth to Austin
A four-hour train journey onboard Amtrak’s Texas Eagle will lead you to Texas’ exciting capital city Austin. It’s all about the music and food in Austin, with over 200 live music venues playing country, rock ‘n’ roll, blues and jazz music. If visiting during spring and summer, watch the nightly spectacle of the largest urban bat colony in the USA fly out from underneath the Ann Richards Congress Avenue Bridge at dusk. You certainly won’t go hungry with so many restaurants in the city, everything from Tex-Mex spots to food trucks serving cuisine from all around the world.
Amtrak – Austin to San Antonio
Late evening take the Texas Eagle service again for the approximately three hour train journey to charming San Antonio. Take a stroll along the city’s famous River Walk - the most visited tourist attraction in the state, offering museums, food outlets and a variety of shops. You can also explore The Alamo, one of the nation’s most famous historic sites. The fascinating museum details the history of Texas and the mission church, with exhibits that display battle artefacts including weapons and paintings. Head to the nearby San Antonio Missions National Historical Park to explore its four religious frontier missions, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and visit the awe-inspiring Natural Bridge Caverns, the largest underground attraction in Texas.
San Antonio to Houston
Board your luxury coach transfer to Houston, the fourth largest city in the USA. Modern, with slick, glittering skyscrapers, a wide range of entertainment, and an exceptional food scene. For culture enthusiasts visit the Museum District, home to 19 museums all walkable from each other including the Museum of Fine Arts. Stroll around the pretty gardens in Hermann Park, home of the Houston Zoo and a must visit is to the city’s most visited attraction, Space Center Houston. The center through its countless exhibits including real spacecraft, astronaut training facilities and moon rocks tell the fascinating story of America’s and NASA’s space journey.

Cozumel
Your first stop on your cruise is the island of Cozumel in Mexico. Surrounded by picturesque white sands, turquoise waters, and the world’s second largest coral reef in Arrecifes de Cozumel National Park. Marine life including sharks, turtles and starfish can often be spotted during the winter months. Optional shore excursions include swimming with dolphins or exploring the Mayan ruins in Tulum.
Roatan ( Bay Islands), Honduras
Sail east to Roatan Island, a tropical paradise just off the coast of Honduras, which is home to the world’s second largest barrier reef. Enjoy some of the best snorkelling and diving in the world, relax on the white sand beaches or take a wildlife tour in search of monkeys, macaws, and sloths.
Harvest Caye, Belize
Today’s port of call is Harvest Caye, Norwegian Cruise Lines private island in beautiful Belize, a country that is a driving force for eco-tourism and boasts a diverse landscape including jungles, rainforests, coral reefs, and swamps. Adventure is everywhere and you can join in one of the many optional shore excursions including ziplining, visiting a mangrove estuary and snorkelling in barrier reefs.
Costa Maya, Mexico
Your next stop is the turquoise waters of Costa Maya on Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. With white sand beaches and coral reefs, you can choose to relax on its beautiful beaches or book a shore excursion to the nearby Mayan ruins at Chacchoben or go on a segway adventure along the coast.
